Philip Peters
Co-Founder
Philip a co-founder, Is responsible for the day-to-day running of Winabike. Philip is a regular visitor to India, coming previously on behalf of our sister site www.motorbikesindia.com, which has sponsored and supported a number of key biker events across the country.
Philip will be residing in India for a number of months after the launch of Winabike. He is looking forward to growing the reputation and exposure of this great new competition, as well as continuing the great work of Motorbikes India, and of course making new biker friends along the way!
Mark Paddon
Co-Founder
Mark a co-founder, is responsible for some of the innovations that you will be seeing on Winabike as we move forward (so watch this space). Mark is a great fan of India and biking, and his passion for increasing safety awareness whilst giving everybody in India the opportunity to own a brand new motorbike is what drives his enthusiasm and commitment.
Leslie Porterfield
Global Ambassador & Writer
Leslie has been an ambassador and sometimes writer for Motorbikes India and is now involved with Winabike.
For those in the know, Leslie holds the world record for being the fastest female on a two-wheel conventional motorbike! Achieving a top speed of 246mph! She holds other records and is entered into the Bonneville 200 club hall of fame. Lesley has not just broken records but also some bones along the way! and hence is a keen advocate for safety first in biking.
Leslie is coming to India Bike Week 2017 in Goa, and will be handing over the first bike we are giving away (a UM Renegade Commando) which will have her signature emblazoned on the tank!
This will be Leslies first trip to India, and she is looking forward to it very much. So if you are reading this before the 24th of November 2017, come along to IBW (the UM stand) and say hello!
Ankhi Bhattacharya

Ankhi has been working firstly with Motorbikes India for a couple of years and now with Winabike. She writes some brilliant articles, as those who follow her on MI will know. She is very creative, positive and is also a keen biker, which made her our perfect choice as chief writer.
Ankhi is excited about the launch of Winabike and cannot wait to be part of this great new adventure.
Naresh Babu
National Champion and Ambassador for India
As some of you will know, Naresh is a national motorcycle champion in India, and is currently developing his international career.
Naresh has recently joined the Winabike team as our ambassador in India, as well as being our competition adjudicator. Naresh will be overseeing the results of each competition (along with a registered solicitor) ensuring fair play for all.
Winabike will be supporting Naresh in the coming months and years, to help him to achieve his goals on the national race circuit.
The good news is that Naresh is also a keen cricketer, so he was a perfect match (excuse the pun) for Winabike as the competition is Spot the Cricket Ball!
Rahul Chauhan
Chief Test Rider
Rahul joined the Motorbikes India team a couple of years ago, firstly as a writer and subsequently as our test rider. For those of you who have followed MI, you would have seen some of his hard-hitting reviews about some of the most iconic bikes on India’s roads.
The good news is that Rahul will be test riding some of the bikes that we will be offering as competition prizes, so you will be able to read about the bike you could potentially win, just to wet your appetites. So watch this space for reviews as and when Rahul completes them!
